TUITION FEES

Tuition fees apply to each year of study and you normally pay these fees at the start of the academic year.

The annual tuition fees for the academic year 2013-2014 are : £ 7,500 (GBP)

An early settlement refund of 4 % of total fees (£ 300) will be awarded to students

who make full payment of their tuition fees prior to 31st October

- therefore total tuition fees of £ 7,200 (GBP)

UK University fees are £9000 average for 12 to 15 hours of courses but ECS-IEJ is committed for the 2 years to come

to ensure a minimum of 16 hours a week for 25 weeks

DEPOSIT

Application will be finalised with inscription fee deposit payment of £ 1,500 (GBP), representing 20% of total tuition fee.

In case of withdrawal:

· Before the 31th of July 2013: The amount paid will be refunded with a deducted registration fee of £ 500.

· After the 31th of July 2013: no refunds will be made

INSTALMENTS

Tuition fees are payable in two equal instalments of £ 3,000 (GBP).

- The first instalment is due for payment by 31st October 2013 (£ 3 000, 40 % of the total amount)

- The final instalment is due for payment by 31st January 2014 (£ 3 000, 40 % of the total amount)

Any scholarship started is due for payment

RELATED REGULATION

These are mandatory fees determined upon the year of study and covering the following extra allowances,

Student social care (cost established by CPAM)
Insurance contribution (optional)
Compulsory third party liability insurance
Housing document filled (for students wishing to rent a University accommodation)
£35 for graduation ceremony student's attire rental

LIVING COSTS

In addition to paying your fees you should ensure you have enough money to cover your individual living costs and daily expenses in London. We recommend that your budget for approximately £800 to £1000 per month. This figure should cover basic costs for accommodation , food travel, study materials and entertainment.

STUDENTS'JOBS

London is a place where a great number of universities co-exist together, and as such there is a huge amount of opportunity for students looking for work. Whether you choose to find a job that will perhaps lay the groundwork for you to secure an internship in your chosen industry at a later date; or whether you decide to work at a slightly different type of job to support yourself and save your work in the communications business for the summer, there is no shortage of opportunity for part-time employment, all of which will tend to be very flexible and accommodating in being able to fit around and alongside your studies.

FR/Les droits de scolarite (Tuition fees) augmenteront considérablement dans les universités du Royaume-Uni au mois de septembre 2012. 9000 £ en moyenne pour une année de cours undergraduate, les Mastères étant souvent plus couteux. Leur nombre d'heures de cours varie entre 12 et 15 heures par semaine. L'ECS-IEJ s'engage à ne pas augmenter le droit de scolarité pour les 2 ans à venir et assurera un minimum de 16 heures de cours par semaine. En cas de désistement avant le 31 juillet, le montant du versement effectué sera remboursé, déduction faite de la somme de 500 £ pour frais de dossier. Au-delà du 31 juillet, aucun remboursement ne sera consenti. Ces frais couvrent l'ensemble des activités obligatoires de la scolarité (cours, stages, accès au matériel audiovisuel, conférences, séminaires, travaux pratiques, etc.).

DROITS ANNEXES Des frais supplémentaires, obligatoires concernent les prestations suivantes :· Sécurité Sociale Etudiante (fixée par la CPAM)· Cotisation mutuelle (facultative)· Assurance Responsabilité civile privée obligatoire.· Housing auprès de l’Université (si l'étudiant souhaite une résidence universitaire)· Location de la la toge et du mortier pour la cérémonie de remise des diplômes 35 £ Ces droits ont des échéances variables mais sont à régler au plus tard avant le 15 novembre.
